Due to the number of enquiries relating to REACH, we would like to provide you with the following information on the status of REACH.

We, as a supplier of chemicals for the printed circuit board industry, are the manufacturer of preparations and are therefore classed
as a downstream user in accordance with REACH. This means that BECE does not have to personally register substances; registration
is the task of the importer or manufacturer of substances that we purchase, therefore only registered raw materials may be used in
preparations in the future.

Pleased understand that we cannot specifically respond to or sign enquiries, questionnaires or declarations at this moment in time.
As a downstream user, we are another link in the supply chain and have to rely on legally non-binding statements from our suppliers.

Our main task is to,

•  pass on the application areas and exposure scenarios to our suppliers and
•  coordinate the areas of application with our customers, provide them with the latest safety data sheets when information is updated
   and provide early information about  the future availability of our products.

  At this point in time, all of our suppliers have announced that they will register the substances they supply to us. We therefore
  assume that future availability is secured.

  Material saftey datatsheet:
  In coordination with the European Commission, it has been specified that sending amended safety data sheets does not have to take place
  before 01.12.2010, unless there is new safety relevant data on a product or if restrictions are to be issued through registration.
  Furthermore, REACH permits the incorporation of applications without negative impacts after registration.
